Restrictive Covenants and Deed Restrictions

I represent homeowners and homeowners’ associations in enforcing and defending deed restrictions and restrictive covenants. Restrictive covenants are usually developed with preservation in mind. In order to preserve the value of the homes throughout the development, the covenants need to be enforced consistently throughout your neighborhood.
